PICK OF LITTER ORDER
Your order on the reservation list determines your “pick of litter” order.
Selections are made in reservation order once puppies are temperament assessed and we confirm placements are a good match for each family.

BUY BEFORE GOTCHA DAY
Preparation makes the transition home smoother and less stressful for both you and your puppy.
We’ve created a dedicated blog post HERE with all of our recommended supplies so you can recreate the familiar environment they’ve already been experiencing with us — for playtime, sleep routines, and early potty training success.
DOG FOOD (ORDER NOW)
Your puppy is currently being trained on TLC Whole Life Puppy Food, and you will need to keep them on this food when they come home.
We have vetted this food extensively and believe it provides an excellent nutritional foundation for your growing dog.
Changing food during a major transition often causes digestive upset and unnecessary stress on their delicate systems.

Please order NOW so your puppy’s food is waiting at home when they arrive.
With your first order, you will receive a FREE personalized tag to inscribe your puppy’s new name.
It is important that you do not change your puppy’s food unless instructed by your veterinarian.
BAXTER & BELLA TRAINING PROGRAM
If there is one investment that will make the biggest difference in your first year with your puppy, it is structured training from day one.
That is why we highly recommend the Baxter & Bella Online Puppy School.
This is not just a video course. When you enroll, you receive unlimited one-on-one coaching access to professional dog trainers for LIFE. That means when questions come up at 10 weeks, 6 months, or even 2 years down the road, you have an expert in your corner.
Inside the program you will find:
Step-by-step crate training guidance
Potty training plans
Leash training and basic obedience
Help with biting, jumping, barking, and common puppy challenges
Live coaching calls
Recorded training sessions
Detailed video modules you can rewatch anytime
The families who thrive are the ones who start with structure and consistency immediately. Training does not begin later. It begins the moment your puppy walks through your door.
When you sign up, be sure to use our breeder
coupon code GGG25
This will give you $59.50 off enrollment!
We truly believe this program sets our families up for long-term success, and we encourage you to take advantage of it.
PICK UP DAY
Because we have two litters, they have been raised in two homes for safety and proper maternal comfort.
Occasionally, mama dogs can become protective if other females or litters are nearby. Separating the litters ensures calm environments and individualized attention for each puppy.
Each puppy has received:
Daily handling
Sound desensitization
Texture exposure
Personal interaction
Early socialization experiences

TRAVEL TIPS
Bring someone with you if possible. It is helpful to have one person hold the puppy while the other drives.
Bring a small blanket or towel.
Expect your puppy to be tired on the ride home.
Do not overwhelm them with extra stops or visits the first day.
The first few nights may include some whining. This is completely normal. They have never been alone before so this is a big adjustment. We will send a “lovey” home with each puppy that has been in the play area with littermates and mama and smells like “home” to help make your puppy’s transition to their new environment more comforting!
POTTY-ing
Avoid Public Rest Stops
Please do not stop at public rest areas, gas stations, or dog parks to let your puppy potty on the way home.
Until fully immunized, puppies should avoid high-traffic dog areas where other animals have relieved themselves. Viruses and parasites can live in the soil, and young puppies are especially vulnerable.
If you need to stop, choose a quiet grassy area away from other dogs to keep your puppy safe.
CONTINUE POTTY TRAINING AT HOME
We train the puppies from early on in litter-style potty exposure. While not fully trained, they understand the idea of a designated potty area — which gives you a strong head start.
To reinforce good habits:
Take puppy to potty immediately after waking.
Take them again after eating or drinking.
Praise enthusiastically or offer a small treat for success.
Supervise closely and limit free roaming at first.
Start with a small contained space that includes their crate (den), play area, and potty spot. As they mature and can hold it longer, you can gradually expand their space.
Be careful not to leave your puppy crated so long that they are forced to potty inside. Dogs naturally want to keep their den clean, but once that habit is broken, it can be difficult to retrain.
With consistency and supervision, accidents will be minimal. We hear from our adoptive families all the time that they are surprised by how quickly they catch on to potty training. Be consistent, use the Baxter & Bella Program and you’ll be on your way to well trained dog!
DAILY SCHEDULE
You can absolutely adjust this to fit your family’s rhythm, but this is the general routine your puppy has been following and thriving on with litter and crate training:
Morning (around 7:00 am)
Puppy typically wakes at first light. As soon as you hear stirring or whining, immediately take her outside or place her in the litter box.
She will be ready to eat shortly after waking. Offer about 1 cup of food (adjust as you learn her appetite) along with water. Do not leave water out all day, but offer it frequently throughout the day.
Watch for sniffing behavior, which usually signals she needs to potty. Guide her consistently.
Midday
Morning playtime typically lasts until about 11:00 or 11:30 am, when puppies are ready for a nap. When she wakes, take her straight to potty again.
Offer water after active play or anytime she is panting and be aware she will likely need to potty shortly after drinking!
Evening
Second feeding is usually around 6:30 or 7:00 pm, followed immediately by potty.
Evenings often bring the “zoomies.” This is normal. It is their way of burning off energy before bed.
Bedtime (around 10:00–11:00 pm)
Offer water, take puppy out for one last walk/potty break, then tuck her into her crate with cozy bedding and her lovey that smells like mama. We dim lights and often play soft classical music to help settle them.
If you are sleeping out of earshot, set a timer for about 3 hours for overnight potty breaks. If she is close to you and you’ll hear her, respond if she whines as she may need to go out. Expect to wake maybe twice a night during the first couple of weeks.
As she matures, you will extend nighttime sleep. The Baxter & Bella program is a great resource for guiding you through this transition.
Consistency is what helps puppies feel safe and succeed.
Puppies this age still need significant sleep. Overstimulated puppies often become nippy or wild. Structure prevents that.
